Do you charge service fees?
As a general rule, NO! There are very few exceptions where we will charge a service fee on an account. An example would be when we negotiate services, such as running Motor Vehicle Reports on employees when a carrier does not offer such a service. To receive Certificate of Insurance, Bid Bonds or any other normal service function, we will not charge a policy fee. This is what commission compensation should be for.
